Blooms By ZN guarantees that every order is important to us, All our florals are cleaned thoroughly by the florist.
Kindly note that Blooms By ZN only delivers once payment has been received in our account.
(immediate payment for same day deliveries, failure to make immediate payment may affect your delivery/pick up timeslot).
Once your order has been processed with an order number, no changes are allowed.
Delivery time slots start from 09:00am - 18:00pm (Weekdays)
09:00am-15:00pm(Saturdays)
(any delivery/collection request that is before or after working hours will be charged an additional R200.00).
Please note it is your own responsibility to collect during our trading hours, failure to collect will not result in any form of refund or new florals.
Once your order is handed to a third party — such as security, reception staff, a driver, or cleaner — it is at your own risk. Blooms by ZN is not liable for any mishandling or damage that occurs thereafter.
Please take note that our fresh flowers are seasonal. Color options, Rose heads and the shades of each bouquet may differ.
Each receiver will be notified prior to delivery to ensure a successful delivery, changing of delivery address or nobody being available for delivery after confirmation of delivery will result in delivery fee recharge. (waiting time is 5mins, this is to ensure that we are on time for our deliveries)
We do not collect any additional gifts e.g necklace , if you would like any gift delivered with your Blooms order we charge an additional personal shopping fee of R350.
Please ensure that you or the recipient counts the cash on the money bouquet before the driver leaves to ensure it is the correct amount.
Same day delivery available Mon-Fri before 2pm & before 10am on Saturdays.
Kindly note Personalised items (e.g Happy Birthday Small box) , are not available for same day cut off time: 2pm , 1 day prior to delivery/collection (excluding weekends & public holidays).
Cakes need to be ordered 5 days prior to collection/delivery.Alternatively additional late orders fees will apply or your order will be rejected with no refund.
Hotel room set ups need to be booked a week prior to setup date or additional late order fees will apply.
Please ensure to have your room cleaned for your setup.
It is your own responsibility to ensure that your room is clean for the setup. Failure to clean the room may result in a cancellation or additional fees.
Please note that latex balloons last 6-8 hours, foil balloons may 24 hours longer.
Factors such as humidity, temperature and wind may affect the duration of the balloons lasting long .
