Refund policy
At Blooms By Zn we pride ourselves in arranging happiness for every occasion.
No changes will be allowed on orders once purchase has been completed.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your blooms, we are here to help. Please contact us within 24 hours with photos (flowers must be in their original condition, packaging and in water). The customer must state why they are not satisfied with the quality of the flowers, and we will find a suitable solution for both parties.
Once you have left our premises or delivery is successful with Helium inflated balloons they are non refundable due to factors such as humidity, temperature and wind may affect the duration of the balloons lasting long . Duration of latex balloons and foil balloons specified under our terms of service.
Not liking the bouquet is not part of our return/refund policy.
Please ensure to read the cut off time specified in the description & terms of service for specific items, e.g add on items only available with flower orders.
no refunds will be made for late orders selected without reading description or add on items ordered without flowers.
We reserve the right to deny any exchange or refund requests that do not meet our policy.
We reserve the right to substitute flowers for any similar flower without any prior consultation as all flowers are seasonal, this includes rose heads ,rose colours & rose sizes.
